Brinka with their vast knowledge and expertise mobilises all of them in one platter & serves it to our service availers. Brinka works as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) to our service availers so as to reduce the communication time & information leakages.

Brinka avoids taking ground staffs on the direct payroll as the core focus of our company is sourcing potential service availers, working on the resource requirements, commercials working, sealing contracts, communication, coordination & consultancy. Under payroll business Brinka believes that there is always a saturation & limitations to grow. Sourcing & using the expertise of the local service partners helps execution of services in any volumes.

We put it this way, Brinka partners or associates with many local service providers / labour suppliers who want to grow in size but do not have the capacity in terms of investment / resources to market their services or reach places. They are experts in their own field but then they are always looking for opportunities to grow without any investment on sales and marketing. Brinka gives them a non exclusive platform in this case. Thus creating entrepreneurial opportunities and job creations in the unorganized sector.

In the current scenario we use these kinds of services on daily basis be it Taxi (Like Uber or Ola), Online Marketplaces like (Amazon/ Flipkart) or even Architects/ Interior Designers who hire product/ service providers down the line to cater to their clients but expertise remains with these Aggregators, so is the experience & knowledge. Brinka works on the same principle.

The rates / service amount charged by Brinka is at par with the market conditions. Brinka works on internal revenue sharing model with their suppliers/ operational/ service associates. In short, No additional mark ups. In this way, there are all flexibilities worked out to offer best prices to our service availers.

Absolutely. Brinka ensures every service partner/ associate complies with all the labour statutes as applicable in the various States as well as Central level in India. Brinka has senior labour consultants to undertake labour compliance audits on monthly basis as well as randomly on sites. So, the interest of the employees as well as service users' spendings are safeguarded.

Yes, Brinka does resell and trade products concerning facility management.

Brinka takes full responsibility of any jobs or assignments we are asked to do by our service availers if we have our service contract in place. Of course, the matter has to concern the services offered by Brinka with respect to our staffs and resources and not otherwise.

Not at all. As indicated already above, we work on internal revenue sharing business model with our service partners for whom the priority is operations and labour management. They choose the convenience of reaching places through Brinka rather than hire their own sales staff on their payroll.

Brinka has Non exclusive service relationship with all their service partners. So, in case the service availers are not comfortable with any particular company or it's staff, Brinka freely changes the service provider with an another one who suits the service criteria and matches with the expectations.
