Grooming and Personal Hygiene

Appropriate grooming and hygiene is an important part of managing our Image. Our Employees represent the face of the organisation and the Image they project has an impact on the Image of our organisation. As employees are recruited cross culturally and from various geographic locations, we strive to bring about uniformity in standard of self presentation by the employees. The awareness of proper grooming and hygiene standards among employees is of utmost importance to us.

Few points we work on includes

  1. Uniforms should be worn as instructed during working hours.
  2. Ensure that all personnel are trained and aware of the job requirements.
  3. Neatly trimmed hairstyles should be maintained and facial hair should be ideally clean-shaven. Even a beard or mustache must be neatly trimmed.
  4. Clothes must be in good condition.
  5. Closed toed shoes must be worn.
  6. Company ID Card must be displayed clearly, for easy recognition.
  7. Ensure that the required safety gear is worn, e.g. safety gloves, belts, hats etc.
